We strive to make the quoting process as easy as possible.  The information we require at the onset is very basic.  Once we establish that we are able to help you, we will require information such as loss runs, IFTA reports (long-haul truckers only).

What if I have never had insurance before?

New ventures are never a problem for us.  Just because you never had insurance in the past doesn't mean you can't get insurance or that you will pay a high rate.  Insurance companies have many tools they use when underwriting a risk.  Some of those tools are Credit Reports and CLUE Reports.  These reports are instrumental in determining your background and history and are commonly used when assessing a potential client.

How quickly do you issue certificates of insurance?

We understand how important it is to receive certificates of insurance in a timely manner, so we have several options.

All of our clients are provided access to our Client Portal where you can issue your own basic certificates of insurance 24/7.

We have a dedicated email address where you can request a certificate of insurance.  Turnaround times for a certificate can fluctuate during times of heavy volume, but are generally handled in less than an hour.  Email requests are handled Mon-Fri 8:30am - 4:30pm est.

You can also call your dedicated service representative who can handle your request Mon-Fri 8:30am - 4:30pm est.
